The restaurant is situated in an authentic Créole cottage and has colorful table cloths with proper, spotless white linen napkins. The walls are decorated with many pieces of art made from shells, coral and sea fans with driftwood frames.
Italy born Chef Franco Burato (
2007 Taste of St. Martin Bronze Medalist) and his wife Alessandra invite you to enjoy his inventive fine Mediterranean cuisine infused with the flavors of the islands. His dishes look spectacular and taste great. Try the lamb chops, grilled on fresh rosemary with Antillean thyme crust, Burgundy sauce and thyme mashed potatoes.
The dessert menu offered some interesting options like banana egg-roll with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce or Crème Brulee with five tropical flavors: vanilla, cafe, menthe, banana and rose. It is presented on a painter's palette.
