What was once a small wooden house is now a smartly designed, restaurant with an open kitchen, an L-form seating area and outside decks above the water. Its upscale aesthetics with sleek furniture, lime green accents, smart lighting and mahogany wood set against a cream-colored background with elegant crown moldings, evoks the feel of an Old Dutch Colonial house.
The owner Leslie Martina designed and created Big Fish in merely four months. With Big Fish his dream to open his own restaurant on the island has finally come true. Leslie's last jobs on his resume include five years as a manager for The Boathouse and one year for Chesterfield.
When you're here try the seafood, which comes with a unique approach. You can select from 12 different kinds of fish and then pair them with one of the six sauces, including lemon grass coconut curry, Creole Pernod and the classic Béarnaise.
