The very friendly owner Siegfried M. Tromp (everybody calls him just BB) serves here for the last 6 years his famous BBQ and authentic Caribbean style dishes mostly to locals and students from the nearby American University of Caribbean and Caribbean International Academy.

On the menu you find simple fare like BBQ ribs & chicken BBQ Chicken, Chicken Kebab, Mahi Mahi, Beef burger, Chicken burger, Veggie Burger, Jonnie Cakes, all cooked to order. Every day there is a lunch and dinner special like: Curry Chicken, Stew Chicken, Curry Beef, Stew Beef, Oxtail, Lamb roast, Shrimps, Soups, Pork Shop, Turkey, Chow Mein, Vegetable Rice.

The prices are moderate – between $7.00 and 12.00 (for Shrimps)
