The St. Maarten Marine Trades Association, formed in June 1994 is the body of Marine related business with a common interest to promote and safeguard the interests of the yachting and boating industry on the island of St. Maarten/St.Martin.

The increasing number of members from both sides of the island has united the industry where in return has resulted in government recognition of a sector that is a major contributor to the island’s economy.
