The Spa features a beauty salon, manicure and facial rooms and seven therapy rooms for your vitality and relaxation, including many forms of massages and "Thalassotherapy" sea-weed body wraps. An Anti-Aging Clinic is also available.

The gym boasts the usual running machines, treadmills, exercise bikes and weight devices. And then there are the extras - personal trainers and aerobic instructors, lap pool, tennis courts, saunas, steam rooms and Jacuzzi.

There are also classes available in dancing (classical, flamenco, salsa), shidokan, aqua gym, step stretching, pilates and Capoeira.
