On more than two hectares of a magnificent park among plantations of cotton, coffee, manioc, tobacco, corn, sugar cane and spices gardens, you will discover the trade secrets of rum production, the coffee roasting art, the mysteries of indigo.
Go back in time and experience the 18th century environment where life revolved around the production of indigo, growing sugar cane and making rum.
To close off your tour make sure to visit the gift shop. Rum and coffee made on the premises are sold in their distinctive Plantation bottles and make wonderfully authentic souvenirs. The shop has a vast array of other Caribbean souvenir items, many of them not found elsewhere.
