Located in the vicinity of
Marigot, on the road to Terres Basses, Les Boucaniers offers a refined Creole and French Cuisine within an friendly, exotic setting. Owner and Chef Nicolas Godebert opened his restaurant three years ago, after years of working as chef at a two stars restaurant in Paris and here on the island at the highly acclaimed
Le Chanteclair.
His dinner menu reflects his high standards with dishes like Lamb Lasagna or Phylo Dough Duck Pastilla with Pencini Mushroom and French classics like Foie Gras with roasted apple and candied shallots, Lobster Bisque or French onion soup.
On the Lunch menu you find more simple fare like Burger with French fries,Salad Nicoise, Steaks, fried Calamari and more.
