The Simpson Bay Pharmacy located in the Simpson Bay Yacht Club and the Friendly Island Pharmacy located in Cole Bay, which are affiliated, are a shopping bonanza with the largest selection of European and American prescription medicines, vitamins and over the counter medication on the island.
