Situated on the waterside at the Simpson Bay Yacht Club Marina, Saratoga has become a St. Maarten institution for Casual Fine Dining. The handsome mahogany-panel dining room in the yacht club's stucco and red-tile building overlooks the Simpson Bay Marina.

Now, in their 16th season, Saratoga is as dedicated as ever to serve you the best food possible. They have an extensive wine & spirits lists and a friendly and professional service. Saratoga enjoys one of the most enthusiastic return clientele of any restaurant on the island.

The menu changes daily, but you can never go wrong with one of the fresh fish dishes; several Caribbean and Creole dishes are on the menu and also always good. The wine list includes 10 to 12 choices by the glass.

Closed for vacation in August and September.
